萨尔特河畔萨布莱位于萨尔特省西南部，韦日河、埃尔沃河和萨尔特河的交汇处，勒芒－昂热铁路（法语：Ligne du Mans à Angers-Maître-École）由此通过，是一个区域性的中心城市[2]。萨尔特河畔萨布莱因当地出产的同名饼干（法语：Sablé (biscuit)）而闻名。

地名来源

历史
