自殺預防契約（英語：suicide prevention contract）是包含不自殺协议的契約。历史上，它被与抑郁症患者打交道的心理醫生使用。[1]通常情况下，求助者被要求同意在执行任何自杀决定之前与专业人士交谈，並在一段時間內不自殺。[2]自杀预防合同已被证明无效并且有伤害风险。[3]自杀预防合同曾经是一种“广泛使用但被高估的临床和风险管理技术”。[4]事实上，有人认为这样的合同“实际上可能通过给精神科医生提供一种虚假的安全感来增加危险，从而降低他们的临床警惕性”。[5]也有人认为，这种合同可能会激怒或抑壓求助者，并讓胁迫在治疗中出現，[6]造成反效果。
