羅桑卻吉堅贊（藏語：བློ་བཟང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་，威利转写：Blo-bzang Chos-kyi Rgyal-mtshan，藏语拼音：Lobsang Chogyi Gyamtsen；1570年—1662年），第四世班禅喇嘛。1570年出生，1662年逝世，年92岁。一生为稳定西藏政局起了重大作用。

四世班禅是后藏西部兰周甲人，父亲差巴本仓策忍。原名曲结巴丹桑布。他五岁能诵读多种经卷。十三岁到安贡寺出家，拜克珠桑结益西为师，受沙弥戒，法名罗桑卻吉坚赞，受灌顶。十四岁任安贡寺赤巴。1588年，他拜大堪布班青当秋亚白等为师，受比丘戒。次年，赴拉萨朝拜释迦佛，和诸大德辩论，得大慧名。从上师青饶汪修等受时轮、长寿佛、大灌顶等，从桑结嘉措聆听四系诸法。1601年，回札什伦布寺坐床，任第16任大法台，阐扬格鲁派，整饬僧纪，扩建扎什伦布寺等。到拉萨哲蚌寺为四世达赖传授诸大灌顶、比丘戒。1616年，四世达赖死后，又回到拉萨，兼色拉寺、哲蚌寺寺主，周游各寺，研究经典，精通五明，主持写成甘珠尔大藏三部，剃度僧侣，塑像造寺。受藏巴汗之请，寻认五世达赖灵童，迎至哲蚌寺为其剃度，授法戒。他倡议联合蒙古和硕特部固始汗，并与五世达赖、固始汗共同遣使朝见清朝皇帝。1645年，固始汗授予“班禅博克多”尊号，是为班禅名号之始。1647年，与达赖遣使贡于清朝，顺治帝封之为“金刚大师”。1648年，顺治帝请他和五世达赖进北京。1652年，送五世达赖赴京。1662年，四世班禅圆寂於扎什伦布寺。
