立法院院長（英語：President of Legislative Yuan），是中華民國立法院的首長，由立法委員相互選舉產生，也是中華民國的國會議長。其肩負國會議長之職責，超脫政黨立場綜理院務，包括行政事務、議事程序制定、主持黨團協商等，並負責召開立法院院會（簡稱院會）及全院委員會[1][2]，現任院長為中國國民黨籍的韓國瑜。
根據《立法委員互選院長副院長辦法》：
「院長、副院長由立法委員互選之，全體立法委員均為當然候選人。」
「院長、副院長之選舉，均以得出席人數過半數之票數者為當選。 第一次投票如無人得前項所規定之過半數票數時，就得票較多之首二名重行投票，以得票比較多數者為當選，如第一次投票得票首二名有二人以上同票數者，一併列入第二次之選舉票。」
「院長、副院長經全體立法委員三分之一以上人數提議，出席委員三分之二以上人數通過，得予以改選；其任期至原任之任期屆滿為止。」
「萬年國會」時代的立法院院長於1988年－1991年曾六次動用警察權對付在野黨立法委員（劉闊才兩次、梁肅戎四次）。自1992年國會全面改選後，劉松藩與王金平兩位院長主張「國會自主」原則，都未曾動用警察權，王金平亦曾因此獲得公民監督國會聯盟肯定[3][4][5][6]。
最近逝世的一位前院長為劉松藩（任期：1992年－1999年），於2016年11月18日去世，享壽84歲。
