強尼·戴蒙（英語：Johnny Damon，1973年11月5日—）為美國的棒球選手之一，曾經效力於美國職棒大聯盟皇家隊、運動家隊、紅襪隊、洋基隊、老虎隊、光芒及印地安人等球隊。戴蒙因為有著不錯的打擊能力，於2006年代表美國參加第一屆世界棒球經典賽、2013年則是代表泰國參加第三屆世界棒球經典賽資格賽。

早年

職棒生涯

堪薩斯市皇家

戴蒙是堪薩斯市皇家於1992年大聯盟選秀會上第1輪第35名所選中的選手，於1995年8月登上大聯盟的舞台。

波士頓紅襪

2001年12月21日，戴蒙和波士頓紅襪隊簽下4年3200萬美金的合約，正式成為波士頓紅襪隊的隊員。

2004年美國聯盟冠軍賽第7戰，戴蒙打了2發全壘打6分打點，幫助球隊以10：3擊敗紐約洋基隊得到美聯冠軍，完成大逆轉。

紐約洋基

2005年12月20日，紐約洋基隊和戴蒙簽下4年5200萬美金的合約，使其成為紐約洋基隊的隊員[1]，而戴蒙將其長髮和鬍子剃掉[2]。

2008年6月7日，洋基主場迎戰堪薩斯皇家隊，戴蒙6打數6安打，4打點，無保送，還有1次盜壘成功。包含追平分的兩分安打以及再見安打。單場6安打成為生涯單場最多安打記錄，上一次單場6安打紀錄是在1934年由Myril Hoag擊出[3] 。

2009年7月27日，在坦帕灣光芒隊的主場，戴蒙擊出生涯第200轟的全壘打。

戴蒙在2009年球季結束以後將成為自由球員，其對外表示想繼續留在紐約洋基隊。[4]

在洋基與費城人世界大賽第4戰中，戴蒙在第9局2出局時，對布萊德·李吉擊出一壘安打，並發動盜壘，利用三壘無人防守的空檔，連盜兩個壘包，這個運用智慧跑出關鍵的連盜兩壘，讓投手李吉的心情受到影響，先對馬克·塔克薛拉投出觸身球，接著被艾力士·羅德里奎茲擊出1分打點的二壘安打，最後洋基在9局連攻下3分，並獲得勝利，戴蒙的這個運用智慧盜壘，幫助球隊取得3勝1敗的聽牌優勢。

2010年至今

2010年2月20日，底特律老虎和戴蒙簽下1年800萬美金的合約[5]。

2011年1月22日，坦帕灣光芒和戴蒙簽下1年525萬美金合約，同時他的前隊友曼尼·拉米瑞茲也加盟光芒，兩個人的經紀人是史考特·波拉斯[6][7]。美聯分區系列賽的第1場比賽，戴蒙從德州遊騎兵的先發投手C. J. Wilson手中擊出2分全壘打，幫助球隊取得2：0的領先，最後球隊以9：0獲得第1場勝利，不過球隊最後以1勝3敗被淘汰[8]。今年的成績總計繳出2成61打擊率、16支全壘打、73分打點、19次盜壘成績，更重要的是戴蒙的生涯安打數已來到2723支，代表如果有2個完整球季，揮出277支安打以達到名人堂門檻的3000安目標並不困難。

2012年4月12日，戴蒙和克里夫蘭印地安人簽下1年的合約，由於戴蒙是在球季開始後才加盟，因此只能拿到125萬美元的部分比例而非全數，另外合約還附有140萬美元的激勵條款，以及在格雷迪·塞斯摩爾從傷兵名單復出後的跳脫合約條款[9]。

爭議

酒駕事件

2021年2月20日，戴蒙和妻子在凌晨因車身搖晃遭警察攔查，警察發現其走路不穩，詢問戴蒙喝了多少，當時戴蒙用手比出手勢表示：「只有一點點。」不過警察一測血液中酒精濃度竟高達0.2%，甚至比佛州當地標準0.08%多出不少，而另外夫妻二人因為在攔檢中不配合，還推警方使用暴力，最終戴蒙以酒駕、非暴力拒捕罪名，妻子則是涉嫌攻擊執法人員、暴力拒檢罪名，被警方移送法辦。[10]。
