張憲（1446年—1511年），字廷式，號省庵，江西饒州府德興縣人，軍籍。明朝政治人物。進士出身。
江西鄉試第三十五名。成化八年（1472年）壬辰科進士。累官浙江布政使，擢順天府尹，以工部侍郎督易州山厂。升南京礼部尚书。刘瑾當權，勒令致仕。[1]
曾祖父張伯良。祖父張貴承。父亲張崇惠[2]。
