U-23世界盃棒球賽（英文：U-23 Baseball World Cup）是一項由世界棒壘球總會主辦的棒球競賽，由23歲以下球員組成各國代表隊，兩年進行一次賽事。

首屆以「21U世界盃棒球賽」（21U Baseball World Cup）名稱於2014年在中華民國臺中市舉行，各國代表隊在24人名單中最多可選6名21歲至23歲之間的球員，其中3位可同時上場[1]。參加賽事的隊伍有中華臺北、日本、南韓、尼加拉瓜、捷克、澳大利亚、義大利、委內瑞拉、荷蘭、紐西蘭、墨西哥共11支隊伍，分為兩組進行[2]。冠軍賽由中華臺北以9：0擊敗日本[3]。

為了爭取更多國家參與，世界棒壘球聯盟於2015年11月討論決定將21U世界盃棒球賽改制為U-23世界盃棒球賽，球員資格放寬至全隊皆可為23歲及以下，屆數重計，並在墨西哥蒙特雷舉辦首屆[4]。冠軍賽由日本以10：3擊敗澳大利亚。

第二屆U-23世界盃原先預定於2018年10月間在尼加拉瓜馬拿瓜舉辦，但因當地政治動盪世界棒壘球聯盟於2018年7月30日宣布將改至哥倫比亞巴蘭幾亞舉行[5]。
