《#20》為香港歌手梁漢文在2011年發行的一張粵語音樂專輯。此專輯為梁漢文所推出的第二十張專輯(不計精選碟及演唱會)，故唱片改名《#20》，亦是作為紀念入行二十周年的三大重頭項目之一。
首支派台作為《中鋒》，是向有「亞洲第一中鋒」稱號的尹志強先生致敬，他亦是梁漢文的舅父。碟中第二主打《懶音哥》道出現時粵語懶音問題，歌詞所運用的常見的懶音字。而第三兼年度主打《一再問究竟》是根據八十年代樂壇巨星陳百強的《不再問究竟》的延續版，陳百強是梁漢文最欣賞的男歌手，所以《一》亦是梁漢文向陳百強致敬之作。巧合的是，《一》的作詞人小克完成作品之日即10月25日，是陳百強的死忌[1]。
本專輯派台歌曲共有4首，包括《中鋒》、《懶音哥》、《一再問究竟》及《我怕我會愛上你》。
