2023年CBA选秀是中国篮球协会于2023-24年中国男子篮球职业联赛开赛之前举办的新球员选拔活动，于2023年7月15日在 四川成都举行。该次选秀大会共有20支联赛队伍及71名新秀球员参加[1]，标语为“由我创未来”。

规则

本年度选秀大会的主要规则与上上届无异。

参选球员

该年度CBA选秀于2023年6月5日至6月30日期间开放合资格人士报名。报名流程包括两个阶段，参选球员需先在6月20日及之前于CBA官方网站进行预报名，再于7月5日及之前提交纸质报名资料以完成正式报名流程。[2]

2023年7月5日，CBA公司公布了该次选秀大会的参选球员名单，最终有71名球员获得参选资格[3]，包括30名大学生球员、1名港澳台球员、12名俱乐部推荐球员及28名以个人名义参选的球员。

选秀权交易

本年度选秀大会发生了三笔选秀权交易事件，即：

乐透抽签

该年度CBA选秀的乐透区状元签中签率于2023年4月5日晚间随着2022-23赛季CBA常规赛的完结而公布，当中、宁波富邦、天津荣钢、四川金强、福建浔兴、北京控股、南京同曦、青岛国信海天分别有25%、21%、18%、11%、7%、7%的概率获得状元签。新疆广汇因退赛风波不参加状元签的争夺，自动获得首轮第8和次轮第28的签位。[5]

抽签仪式则于6月7日上午在线上举办。最终，宁波富邦抽得状元签，而榜眼签及探花签就分属四川金强及北京控股。

选秀大会及最终结果

该年度CBA选秀于2023年7月15日在四川省成都市香城体育中心体育馆举办。最终，有23名球员被16支球队相中；相应地，有4支球队未有在本次选秀大会上引入新球员。[6]
