杭州2022年亚洲残疾人运动会（英語：Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games），官方名称杭州第4屆亞洲残疾人運動會（英語：The 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou），是一場在中華人民共和國浙江省杭州市舉行的区域性残疾人综合运动会。赛事紧随第十九届亚洲运动会之后举行。杭州成为继广州（2010）后，第二个获得亚洲残疾人运动会举办权的中国城市。

本届亞殘運會原定于2022年10月9日至15日举办，后因2019冠状病毒病疫情而延期举行。2022年7月19日，亞洲奧林匹克理事會宣布杭州亞殘運會定於2023年10月22日至10月28日舉行。[1]

本届亚残运会也作为2024年夏季帕拉林匹克運動會的重要资格赛之一，在射击、乒乓球、轮椅网球等赛事中直接提供残奥资格。

筹办过程

2019年7月9日，2022年第19届亚运会组委会公布2022年亚洲第4届残疾人运动会将于2022年10月9日至15日举行（后因2019冠状病毒病疫情延期至2023年10月22日至28日）。中华人民共和国国务院发文同意组成2022年第4届亚残运会组委会。[2]

赛事文化

会徽和吉祥物

会徽为「向前」，釋義：會徽的主體圖形呈現了坐輪椅的殘障運動員奮勇向前的姿態[3]。

吉祥物为良渚神鸟「飛飛」，設計靈感源自良渚文化中「神鳥」的形象，她身上融合了杭州歷史人文與科技創新，也承載著人與自然和諧共生的企盼。「神鳥」在中國有著傳遞佳音的傳說，因此，她還是文化與幸福的使者[4]。

火炬

火炬形象名稱為「桂冠」，設計思想，源自實證五千年中華文明史的良渚玉琮與杭州市花－桂花，尊良渚玉琮其為文化本源，禮通天地，道貫古今；以杭城桂花的芳香四溢，寓意陽光、和諧、自強、共享的辦賽概念[5]。

亚残运村

2023年10月16日，杭州亚残运村开村。[6]亚洲残疾人奥林匹克委员会主席马吉德·拉什德（Majid Rashed）致辞[7]。

开幕式

开幕式于2023年10月22日在杭州奥体中心体育场举行，原计划于晚8时开幕，但考虑到气温因素与尽早结束以让运动员休息的需要，最终提前半小时举行。中华人民共和国国务院副总理丁薛祥、亚残奥委会主席马吉德·拉什德、国际残奥委会主席安德鲁·帕森斯出席开幕式。

开幕式以“心相约·梦闪耀”为主题，时长约为85分钟。

执旗手

开幕式的8位亚洲残疾人奥林匹克委员会会旗执旗手为：

  • 葛杨（英语：Ge Yang）：残疾人乒乓球大满贯得主，在2004年雅典、2008年北京、2012年伦敦和2016年里约共获得6枚残奥金牌，在2002年台北、2006年蒙特勒、2010年光州世锦赛中共获得5枚世锦赛金牌。
  • 张小玲：残疾人乒乓球运动员，在连续5届残奥会乒乓球比赛（1988年首尔、1992年巴塞罗那、1996年亚特兰大、2000年悉尼和2004年雅典）中共获得9枚残奥金牌。
  • 杨洪琼：残疾人越野滑雪运动员，在2022年北京冬残奥会中包揽越野滑雪女子坐姿组3个距离全部金牌，并在闭幕式担任中国代表团旗手，被评为北京冬奥会、冬残奥会突出贡献个人。
  • 平亚丽：残疾人田径运动员，中国代表团残奥会首金（1984年洛杉矶残奥会女子跳远B2级）获得者，2008年北京残奥会开幕式火炬手之一。
  • 周佳敏（英语：Zhou Jiamin）：残疾人射箭运动员，2016年里约残奥会射箭复合弓公开级女子个人和混合团体金牌得主，2020年东京残奥会中国代表团旗手之一。
  • 李端：残疾人田径运动员、前健全人篮球运动员，蝉联2008年北京残奥会和2012年伦敦残奥会F11级跳远和三级跳远金牌，2022年北京冬残奥会圣火点燃者，也是残奥会历史上首位盲人圣火点燃者。
  • 宋懋𬍡（英语：Song Maodang）：残疾人游泳运动员，2016年里约残奥会游泳男子100米蝶泳S8级冠军。
  • 王益楠（英语：Wang Yinan）：残疾人游泳运动员，在2012年伦敦残奥会和2016年里约残奥会游泳比赛上各获得3枚金牌。

圣火

2023年10月12日，在第1届亚洲残疾人运动会举办地广州，圣火采集成功[8]。此后于10月19日起在杭州市淳安县、建德市、桐庐县、富阳区、萧山区进行为期3天的传递，并在10月22日晚的开幕式上点燃“钱江潮涌”主火炬。

比赛场馆

本届亚残运会共设19个比赛场馆，除杭州文汇学校草地掷球场、浙江塘栖盲人门球基地门球馆外，其余17个场馆与杭州亚运会使用相同场馆，提升无障碍设施，使之符合残疾人运动项目的需求。

参赛代表团

亚洲残疾人奥林匹克委员会的44个国家/地区残疾人奥林匹克委员会（NPC）成员将参加本次亚残运会。由于亚洲残疾人奥林匹克委员会执行世界反兴奋剂组织针对朝鲜关于禁止使用其国旗的制裁，朝鲜决定放弃参加该赛事。

奖牌榜

2023年7月14日，杭州亚残运会奖牌正式对外发布，取名为“桂子”，源自描寫杭州的名句“山寺月中尋桂子”，寓含江南意境和浪漫色彩[10][11]。
