2020年夏季奧林匹克運動會女子87公斤以上級舉重比賽，是因2019冠狀病毒病疫情而延期至2021年舉行的第32屆夏季奧林匹克運動會的其中一個比賽小項，於2021年8月2日在東京國際論壇進行[1]。共有來自14個代表團的14名運動員參與該小項[2]。

中国选手李雯雯以抓举140公斤、挺举180公斤及总计320公斤的成绩力压所有对手，并创造所有两个环节及总成绩的奥运纪录，获得金牌[3]。英国选手埃米莉·坎贝尔抓举阶段举起122公斤的重量，挺举阶段举起161公斤的重量，最终以283公斤的成绩获得银牌，成为历史上首位获得奥运女子举重奖牌的英国选手[4]。铜牌由美国选手萨拉·罗布尔斯获得，她的抓举成绩为128公斤，挺举成绩为154公斤，总成绩为282公斤，这是她的第二枚奥运铜牌，她也成为历史上首位获得两枚及以上奥运举重奖牌的美国女选手[5][6]。
