2008年夏季奧林匹克運動會

2008年夏季奥林匹克运动会市场开发一直是一个长期活动，早在北京于2001年申奥成功就已经开始。

概况

本届奥运会耗资430亿美元[1]，故此要開發市場。奥运会市场开发由国际奥委会的市场开发计划和举办城市奥组委的市场开发计划组成。国际奥委会市场开发计划由奥运会电视转播权计划和奥林匹克伙伴计划（TOP计划）以及相关计划组成。

赞助商

本届奥运会赞助商共64家，创下历届之最，其中包括8家大型中国企业。[2]但是由于自身的相关经验不足和其它的非奥运赞助商企业的激烈竞争，这些赞助商在获得相关赞助商权力后表现平平，只有少数业绩满意。[3]人们甚至把一些原本未获得奥运赞助商资格的企业当成了奥运赞助商。

对北京2008年奥运会的赞助包括国际和国内两个方面：

  • 国际方面：国际奥委会第六期全球合作伙伴计划在国际范围内对整个奥林匹克运动提供支持，包括支持北京奥运会。
  • 国内方面：2008年北京奥运会赞助计划在主办国范围内对举办2008年奥运会提供支持。[4]

2008年北京奥运会赞助商计划将赞助商又分为2个级别，即合作伙伴和赞助商，它们均享有规定产品（服务）类别的奥林匹克市场营销排它权。北京奥组委合作伙伴和赞助商销售工作预计于今年第4季度开始。合作伙伴和赞助商的市场营销期为4年左右。

奥林匹克全球合作伙伴，不仅得到了全球范围内使用奥林匹克知识产权、市场营销的权力以及其它相关权益，还得到了指定产品和服务类别的排它权。

供应商

北京奥运会供应商计划分为2类，包括独家供应商和供应商。独家供应商享有规定产品（服务）类别的奥林匹克市场营销排它权。同一或相似类别产品（服务）2家以上的供应商共享规定产品（服务）类别的奥林匹克市场营销排它权。供应商的市场营销期为3年左右。

特许经营

2008年北京奥运会特许计划是指由北京奥组委授权企业生产、制造、销售带有北京奥运会标志、吉祥物和中国奥委会商用标志的产品。特许企业以交纳特许使用费的形式对奥运会做出贡献，不享有赞助商和供应商的权益，不能进行使用奥林匹克标志的市场营销活动。

在各地都开设有北京2008年奥运会特许商品及授权零售店，特许商品零售价由北京奥组委确定，属于特许经营的商品只能在奥组委指定的特许商品零售店买到。这些特许商品零售店具有统一的店面形象，统一悬挂北京奥组委颁发的特许零售店标识。[5]
