高橋尚子（日语：高橋 尚子／たかはし なおこ Takahashi Naoko，1972年5月6日—），出生於岐阜縣岐阜市，日本女子馬拉松選手，曾於2000年悉尼奧運中獲得女子馬拉松金牌，並於2001年柏林馬拉松創下女子馬拉松世界紀錄，日本人暱稱她為「小Q」（Qちゃん）。

家族

早安少女組的吉澤瞳、諾貝爾化學獎得主白川英樹是她的远房親戚。白川英樹的祖父和高橋尚子的曾祖母是兄妹关系[1]。高橋尚子是吉澤瞳的祖父的弟弟的妻子的弟弟的妻子的从兄弟的女儿[2]，也就是高橋尚子的堂姑父（或表姑父）和吉澤瞳的叔祖母是姐弟关系。

生涯

高橋尚子曾在2001與2002年兩度獲得柏林馬拉松女子組冠軍，並於2001年以2小時19分46秒的成績打破女子世界紀錄。 高橋尚子在2008年的名古屋國際女子馬拉松中表現不佳，只能以第27位完賽，無法晉身北京奧運。同年10月，由於體力顯著下降再加上身心俱疲，最終含淚宣佈引退。
