西班牙國家女子足球隊（西班牙語：Selección Española de Fútbol Femenina）是自1980年起代表西班牙參加國際女子足球比賽的球隊，隸屬於西班牙皇家足球協會。球隊三次入圍國際足協女子世界盃，其中奪得2023年冠軍；三次入圍欧洲女子足球锦标赛，其中1997年歐錦賽入圍準決賽。2018年，西班牙青年隊大獲成功，贏得歐洲U17（英语：2018 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship）和U20女子錦標賽（英语：2018 UEFA Women's Under-20 Championship）冠軍，以及U17和U20女子世界盃冠軍。西班牙國家女子足球隊是繼德國後第二個男足及女足均奪得世界盃冠軍的欧洲国家。

历史

自从西班牙在20世纪以来女子足球一直没有改变，世界杯也从来没有入军过，后来在2015年换了新教练之后，从预选赛首次进入女足世界杯，在2019年法国世界杯被美国干掉及2022年欧洲杯八分之一决赛被东道主英格兰打败，因为西班牙开始发展女足职业化，女足发展迅速，西班牙在2023年预选赛对阵苏格兰大胜，自动晋级世界杯，在世界杯之后一路缠斗哥斯达黎加、赞比亚、瑞士、荷兰和瑞典，以及输给与东道主澳洲同联盟的日本，首次晋级世界杯决赛, 也是继承德国之后，相隔16年女子世界杯夺冠的欧洲国家。

西班牙队是夺女子欧国联的大热门，至此夺了世界杯之后西班牙未来将有机会首次获得2024巴黎奥运的参赛资格。

因2023年澳新女子世界杯颁奖典礼前西足总主席路易斯·盧比雷亞斯发生性骚乱丑闻事件，他的副主席佩德罗·洛查担任新足总主席，并同年西班牙女足主教练乔治·维尔达因此事件去执教摩洛哥女足，洛查正式宣布前在本土以及顶级球队效力的前国脚及青年队教练蒙塞·托梅担任成年队的教练，蒙塞·托梅为前巴萨球员，对巴萨非常熟悉，因为国家队全球员都是来自巴塞罗那足球俱乐部，因此在歐國聯保持不败，但是唯一一场失利是对阵意大利女队，成功晋级欧足联女子国家联赛的总决赛圈，在总决赛圈的半决赛对阵2023世界杯的老对手荷兰，半决赛也是奥运会的外围赛，第41分钟，埃尔莫索攻入一球，第45分钟邦马特扩大一球，并把比赛延伸至2比0，最终西班牙三比零战胜荷兰，首次晋级奥运会决赛圈，也首次打入决赛为拿下首个洲内荣誉越战越勇，最终虽然萨尔玛·帕拉略罗没进球，但是西班牙二比零小胜奥运主办方法国，成功完成双冠王的伟业，也是女子国家队历史上首座洲内奖杯，也成为了唯一一个均男子足球队和女子足球队拿下此比赛的国家，也成为了唯一一个男女子国家队连续拿下相同的赛事的国家。

2023年8月為此事件發起的遊行。

在2023年國際足協女子世界盃決賽的頒獎儀式上，西班牙足協主席路易斯·盧比雷亞斯強吻了西班牙中場珍妮弗·埃尔莫索，並拍了拍她的腰部，被批評是性騷擾行為，要求盧比雷亞斯引咎辭職[3]。艾爾莫索表示自己並未預料到會被親，也不喜歡這種行為，同時爆料盧比雷亞斯進入更衣室，將手搭在她的肩膀上，開玩笑說要去伊比利亞半島結婚[4]。在澳洲短暫停留，準備返回西班牙的途中，盧比雷亞斯拍攝了一段道歉影片，並聲稱會從事件中吸取教訓[5]。

針對盧比雷亞斯的事件，西班牙足協于8月25日召開了一次全體特別會議[6]。盧比雷亞斯表示會在會議期間辭職[7][8]，結果只是收回自己的言論，不願意下台[9]。有鑒於此，西班牙政府向體育行政法院（英语：Sports Administrative Court）起訴盧比亞雷斯，計劃利用法律手段強制盧比雷亞斯辭職[10][11]。與此同時，西班牙女足全體81名球員宣佈拒絕參加國家隊比賽，直至足協領導層換人[12]，而女足的總教練豪爾赫·維爾達（英语：Jorge Vilda）率教練組辭職，向盧比雷亞斯表示抗議[13]。最終，國際足聯於26日宣佈暫停盧比雷亞斯職務90天[14]。

9月6日，埃尔莫索正式向法院起诉盧比雷亞斯[15][16]。
