血管紧张肽I转化酶（英語：Angiotensin-converting enzyme，又称为血管紧张素转化酶，简称为ACE，EC 3.4.15.1）是一种外肽酶。

功能

主要功能有以下两个：

催化血管紧张素I转化为血管紧张素II；
使缓激肽失活。

血管紧张素转化酶因这两种功能而成为治疗高血压、心力衰竭、2型糖尿病和糖尿病肾病等疾病的理想靶点。血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂能减少血管紧张素II的生成，并增加缓激肽的活性。

此外，ACE也能催化血管紧张素-(1-9)转化为血管紧张素-(1-7)。
