莊啟旺（英語：Chuang Chi-wang，1954年3月1日—），中華民國政治人物，中國國民黨籍，曾任高雄市議會第七屆議長、國民黨高雄市黨部主委。出生於高雄市苓雅區，高雄市立空中大學畢業，國立高雄應用科技大學碩士。莊啟旺在24歲參選苓雅區博仁里里長，之後擔任高雄市議員及議長，從政36年，2015年決定宣布參選立法委員。
