张仲翰

张仲翰（1915年1月19日—1980年3月9日），河北献县崔儿庄人，中华人民共和国政治人物。

生平

1931年就读于北平平民高中。1933年加入中国共产党。抗日战争爆发后，组建博野河北民军，任河北民军司令员、冀中军区津南抗日自卫军司令、八路军一二O师津南自卫军司令员、三五九旅七一九团团长。1944年冬奉命随三五九旅南下，任南下支队第三支队队长、枣阳军分区司令员。第二次国共内战时期，任第一野战军第一兵团旅长、师长。张仲瀚是120师重要的知识分子出生的干部。贺龙进军冀中后，津南抗日自卫军和一二零三五九旅的七一九团合编，并任命张仲瀚为团长，原719团团长贺庆积任合编后的副团长。张仲瀚在战斗中，临危不俱，指挥若定，多次克敌制胜。1948年12月，张仲瀚任第一野战军第一兵团二军六师师长(这个师是359旅干部到山东渤海区征兵组建的教导师)。

1950年后，张仲瀚历任中国人民解放军第九军政委，二十二兵团政治部主任，新疆自治区党委党委，中华人民共和国农垦部副部长。曾当选中国共产党八大代表和第三届全国人大代表。文化大革命期间，张仲瀚遭中共迫害，遭受长期关押。1979年12月17日，经中央军委审查批准，总政治部作出了《关于张仲瀚同志问题的复查结论》，为张仲瀚平反。平反后，任中国人民解放军炮兵顾问。而长期遭受折磨的病体已不可逆转，三个月后的1980年3月9日，一生未娶、无儿无女年仅65岁的张仲瀚将军孑然一身在北京病逝，终年65岁。[1]

讲话

张仲翰在各种集会的讲话很受官兵们的欢迎。一次大会上，他针对一些同志爱说假话，华而不实的问题讲了个故事：“解放前，有一家三口人很穷，夫妻俩只有一条裤子，谁出门谁穿。这家男人一天来到离家不远的饭馆，老板见来的这位穿的破烂不堪，不愿意给他上菜。此时，这个男人对老板说，‘你没看见我嘴上油亮亮的吗？我经常在外面吃饭。’他的话音落，一个光着屁股小男孩跑进门说：‘爸爸，不好了，咱家的猪油皮被猫叼走了！’这男人说：‘那还不让你妈妈赶快追？’孩子说：‘咋追呀，裤子被你穿走了，妈妈没法出门了！’”一时活跃了会议气氛，他通过故事让大家记住做人的道理。 [2]
