奥卢（芬蘭語：Oulu，發音：[ˈou̯lu] （ⓘ）；瑞典語：Uleåborg，发音：[ʉːlɛɔˈbɔrj] （ⓘ））位于波的尼亚湾东岸的奥卢河的河口，是芬兰北部的经济和文化中心，以及最重要的工业和港口城市。

歷史

1840年时的奥卢市景

2009年1月1日，上基明基（Ylikiiminki）市镇併入奧盧市。2013年1月1日，豪基普達斯、基明基、奧倫薩洛及上伊四個市镇併入奧盧市[6]。2014年11月30日全市人口有196,260。

气候

奥卢的气候为亚寒带气候（Dfc），冬天寒冷且多雪，夏天暖和但短暂。一年内的平均气温为2.7摄氏度。年平均降水量为477毫米，降水天数为105天，大部分时候是夏末和秋天。

對外交通

航空

奥卢机场位于奥卢市中心西南约15公里处，是芬兰仅次于赫尔辛基-万塔机场的第二繁忙机场。从奥卢机场每天有十多趟飞往赫尔辛基的航班，有时也有飞往欧洲其他城市的航班，以及飞往欧洲南部的度假包机。

铁路

奥卢火车站

奧盧是芬蘭鐵路網絡上的北部枢纽，芬蘭東部地區內陸鐵道是以奧盧為最北終點，而所有往來北部拉普蘭省南下的列車都要經過奧盧。

由首都赫爾辛基及西部港口城市图尔库乘芬蘭國鐵列車到奧盧，車程大約7小時。另外奧盧同時是往芬蘭聖誕老人村所在地羅瓦涅米及凱米的列車必經之路，每天有多班由赫爾辛基北上的火車經過奧盧前往羅瓦涅米。

另外，芬蘭鐵路現時最新型號高速鐵路擺式列車Pendolino-Sm3每天有三對班次來往奧盧与赫爾辛基之间。
