哥打拉玛州议席（馬來語：Kota Lama），马来西亚吉兰丹的州立法议会议席之一，于1994年创设至今，州选区编号为N09。截至2023年 (2023-Missing required parameter 1=month!)，现任哥打拉玛州议员为哈菲莎·慕斯达金，来自希望联盟国家诚信党。

历史

之前为巴当加弄州议席，改名为哥打拉玛州议席[1]。1995年大选，龙仕祥代表国阵马华攻下该议席[2]。1999年大选，马华公会候选人龙仕祥对战回教党候选人陈升顿，最终由陈升顿获胜，当选为哥打拉玛州议员[3]。2004年大选，马华公会候选人龙仕祥再度对战回教党候选人陈升顿，最终由陈升顿以34张票险胜。

2008年马来西亚大选，回教党候选人陈升顿以5千多数票打败国阵马华公会候选人陈永生[4][5]。2013年马来西亚大选，伊党陈升顿与马华陈永生二度交手。哥打拉玛州议席为吉兰丹州唯一的马华公会议席，由马华公会陈永生对垒伊党强人陈升顿。伊党候选人陈升顿票数为1万4千269票，马华公会候选人陈永生得票为7千651张，另一名独立人士查奇曼则获152票；最终，伊党候选人陈升顿以多数票6千618张获胜[6]。

2018年马来西亚大选中，哥打拉玛州议席苦陷五角战，老树盘根的伊党哥打拉玛州议员陈升顿，硬碰国阵马华公会候选人蔡福光、马来西亚社会主义党候选人凯鲁尼占、希盟土团党候选人阿都拉昔、以及独立人士候选人依扎布克里；最终，陈升顿顺利蝉联，再次守住哥打拉玛州议席，成功连续5届守土[7][8][9]。

2023年马来西亚州选，原任哥打拉玛州议员陈升顿不参选[10]。该议席出现四角战，其包括希盟诚信党候选人哈菲莎·慕斯达金医生上阵该选区、国盟伊党候选人占里依斯迈、马来西亚人民党候选人陈文健、以及独立人士依扎布卡里[11][12][13]。最终，希盟诚信党候选人哈菲莎·慕斯达金以202多数票获胜，当选为哥打拉玛州议员[14][15][16]。随着哈菲莎·慕斯达金当选，现今的吉兰丹州议员继登嘉楼之后第二个全巫裔的州议会。
