Thủ tướng Cộng hòa Singapore, còn gọi là Tổng lý Cộng hòa Singapore (tiếng Mã Lai: Perdana Menteri Republik Singapura; tiếng Trung Quốc: 新加坡共和国总理, pinyin: Xīnjiāpō gònghéguó zǒnglǐ, Hán-Việt: Tân Gia Ba cộng hòa quốc tổng lý; tiếng Tamil: சிங்கப்பூர் குடியரசின் பிரதமர், Ciṅkappūr kuṭiyaraciṉ piratamar) là người đứng đầu chính phủ của Singapore. Thủ tướng do Tổng thống Singapore bổ nhiệm từ một nghị sĩ mà ông tin rằng có khả năng giành sự tín nhiệm của đa số nghị sĩ trong Quốc hội.

Chức vụ Thủ tướng (hay còn gọi là Tổng lý) được quy định năm 1959 khi Singapore giành được quyền tự trị trong Đế quốc Anh với tên gọi Quốc gia Singapore. Lúc bấy chức vụ này được Toàn quyền Singapore, sau đó là ngài Yang di-Pertuan Negara (nguyên thủ quốc gia) bổ nhiệm. Tên gọi này vẫn được giữ nguyên sau khi Singapore sáp nhập với Liên bang Malaya, Sarawak và Bắc Borneo và trở thành một bang trong Liên bang Malaysia trong giai đoạn 1963–1965 và kể cả sau khi nước này giành độc lập năm 1965.

Thủ tướng đầu tiên của Singapore độc lập là ông Lý Quang Diệu, cầm quyền từ năm 1959 đến năm 1990. Người kế nhiệm ông Lý là Ngô Tác Đống đã bổ nhiệm ông làm Bộ trưởng Cao cấp tại Văn phòng Thủ tướng. Sau khi ông Ngô Tác Đống mãn nhiệm, ngày 12 tháng 8 năm 2004, con trai ông Lý Quang Diệu là Lý Hiển Long lên đảm nhiệm chức vụ này. Ông Ngô Tác Đống được chỉ định làm Bộ trưởng Cao cấp, còn ông Lý Quang Diệu làm Bộ trưởng Cố vấn. Năm 2011, ông Lý Quang Diệu và ông Ngô Tác Đống đều từ nhiệm. Năm 2024, sau khi Hoàng Tuần Tài trở thành Thủ tướng thứ 4, ông đã bổ nhiệm người tiền nhiệm là ông Lý Hiển Long làm Bộ trưởng Cao cấp.

Nguyên Thủ tướng hiện còn sống

Từ ngày 15 tháng 5 năm 2024, có hai nguyên Thủ tướng còn sống là Ngô Tác Đống và Lý Hiển Long. Nguyên Thủ tướng qua đời gần đây nhất là Lý Quang Diệu vào ngày 23 tháng 3 năm 2015 ở tuổi 92. Dưới đây là bảng tổng hợp các nguyên thủ tướng còn sống được xếp theo thứ tự nhiệm kỳ:

Danh sách các phó thủ tướng

Phó thủ tướng là chức vụ cao thứ hai, đồng thời là Bộ trưởng cao cấp trong Nội các chính phủ. Phó thủ tướng cũng có quyền đảm nhiệm vai trò Quyền thủ tướng khi Thủ tướng đương nhiệm tạm thời vắng mặt. 

Kể từ thập niên 1980, Singapore luôn có hai Phó thủ tướng đương nhiệm cùng lúc. Trong số đó, hầu hết các Phó thủ tướng chỉ công tác trong một nhiệm kỳ Thủ tướng, trừ hai vị Ong Teng Cheong và Tony Tan liên tục giữ chức vụ này dưới quyền hai Thủ tướng khác nhau. 

Hai vị Tổng thống và Thủ tướng đương nhiệm Tony Tan và Lý Hiển Long đã từng làm Phó thủ tướng trong chính phủ của Goh Chok Tong (1990–2004). Hiện tại, các phó thủ tướng đương nhiệm là các ông Teo Chee Hean và Tharman Shanmugaratnam.
