Nguyễn Ngọc Bảo (sinh ngày 1 tháng 9 năm 1959) là một kiến trúc sư và chính trị gia người Việt Nam. Ông từng là ủy viên thường trực Ủy ban Kinh tế của Quốc hội (đại biểu chuyên trách trung ương), đại biểu Quốc hội Việt Nam khóa 13 nhiệm kì 2011-2016, thuộc đoàn đại biểu quốc hội tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc.[1]

Xuất thân

Nguyễn Ngọc Bảo sinh ngày 1 tháng 9 năm 1959 quê quán ở xã Tây Mỗ, huyện Từ Liêm, TP Hà Nội.

Ông từng là đại biểu Quốc hội Việt Nam khóa 13 nhiệm kì 2011-2016, thuộc đoàn đại biểu quốc hội tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc, là ủy viên thường trực Ủy ban Kinh tế của Quốc hội (đại biểu chuyên trách trung ương).

Ngày 10 tháng 1 năm 2016, về Thông Tư 57/2015/BCA về phòng chống cháy nổ trên xe ô tô từ 4 chỗ trở lên có hiệu lực từ ngày 6/1/2016, ông cho biết không ủng hộ chủ trương này vì nó mang tính ép buộc người dân và có nguy cơ cháy nổ bình chữa cháy.[2]

Ngày 25 tháng 3 năm 2016, về dự thảo Luật thuế xuất khẩu, thuế nhập khẩu (sửa đổi), ông cho rằng, mặc dù việc áp thuế tự vệ để bảo vệ các doanh nghiệp sản xuất trong nước là một biện pháp tốt, nhưng nếu Việt Nam đưa ra thuế phòng vệ thương mại cho các mặt hàng sản xuất trong nước mà không cân nhắc kỹ càng thì sẽ gây thiệt hại đến người tiêu dùng, và ông phản đối việc áp dụng thuế phòng vệ cho sản phẩm phôi thép và thép dài.[3]
