Xoresh
Xoresh- Eron oshxonasidagi dimlab tayyorlanadigan ovqatlar turi. U fors oshxonasing asosiy qismidir. Odatda ularning tarkibi sabzavot va goʻshtdan iborat, ammo xoreshning turli xil mahsulotlardan tayyorlanadigan turlari, shu jumladan vegetarianlar uchun koʻplab xoresh navlari mavjud. Odatda bu taomlar guruch bilan tortiladi. Koʻpincha ularga koʻp miqdorda zaʼfaron qoʻshiladi, bu ularga oʻziga xos rang va hid beradi.
Xoreshga gorme sabzi (koʻkatlari koʻp), fesenjon (asosan goʻsht), xoresh bademjon (baqlajon bilan) kabi taomlar kiradi. [1]
