Xaynan — Xitoydagi provinsiya. Janubiy Xitoy dengizidagi orolda. Materikdan Xaynan boʻgʻozi orqali ajralgan. Maydoni 34,3 ming km². Aholisi 7,5 mln. kishi (1999). Maʼmuriy markazi — Xaykou shahri Relyefi, asosan, tekislik, janubida togʻlar (eng baland joyi 1867 m) bor. Iqlimi mussonli, tropik iqlim. Yanvarning oʻrtacha temperaturasi 16-19°, iyulniki 29°. Doim yashil oʻrmon va butazorlar bor. Iqtisodiyotida qishloq xoʻjaligi yetakchi oʻrinda. Sholi, paxta, shakarqamish ekiladi. Mashinasozlik (jumladan, kemasozlik), kimyo va rezina, oziq-ovqat (choy, shakarqand, kokos yongʻogʻi, konserva) sanoati korxonalari mavjud. Provinsiya 1988 yilda tashkil etilgan.
