Tul, yesir, beva — eri vafot etib, bolalari bilan qolgan ayol. Tul shariat boʻyicha eridan qolgan mulkning (merosxoʻrlar va bolalarning ozkoʻpligini hisobga olib) 1/4 — 1/8 miqdorini (hashtiyak) olgan, agar qayta turmush qurmoqchi boʻlsa, idda muhlatini oʻtkazgandan soʻng erga tekkan. Baʼzi hollarda yosh bolalarni yetim qilmaslik hamda mulkning boʻlinib ketmasligini koʻzlab vafot etgan kishining ukasi yoki qarindoshi Tulga uylangan.
