Sujebi
Sujebi (kor. 수제비) — bug'doy xamiri va turli xil sabzavotlardan tayyorlangan chuchvaraga o’xshagan an'anaviy koreys sho'rvasi. Ta'mi va retsepti kalkuksuni eslatadi, faqat ikkinchisida xamir pichoq bilan kesiladi, sujebi uchun esa xamir qo’llar bilan bo’linadi.
Sujebi bulyoni odatda quritilgan hamsi, mollyuskalar va suv o'tlaridan tayyorlanadi. Boy ta'mga ega bo'lish uchun masalliqlarni uzoq vaqt qaynatish kerak. Ushbu bulyonga kimchi va turli xil sabzavotlar, ko'pincha qovoq va kartoshka qo'shiladi.
KXDRda ovqat "ttidoguk" (kor. 뜨더국) deyiladi va milliy oshxona boyligi hisoblanadi.
