Ur Shulgi - uchinchi Ur sulolasidagi Shumer Uyg'onish davrining ikkinchi qiroli. U taxminan 2029-1982 (yoki miloddan avvalgi 2094-2047)- yillarda, tahminan 48 yil hukmronlik qildi.[1][2][3] Uning yutuqlari orasida otasi Ur-Nammu boshlagan Buyuk Ur Zigguratining qurilishi tugallangan.

Shulgi Ur shohi Ur-Nammuning o'g'li va Ur uchinchi sulolasining a'zosi. Uning hukmronligi 48 yil davom etdi.[4]
