Prokopyevsk
Prokopyevsk — Rossiya Federatsiyasi Kemerovo viloyatidagi shahar (1931-yildan). Temir yoʻl stansiyasi. Aholisi 243,5 ming kishi (1998). Kuzbassning kokslanuvchi koʻmir qazib olish markazi (16 koʻmir shaxtasi va razrezi bor). Yirik mashinasozlik markazi („Elektromashina“, shaxta avtomatikasi, podshipnik, mexanika, oziq-ovqat mashinasozligi). Tramvay-trolleybus taʼmirlash zavodlari mavjud. Yengil va oziq-ovqat, kimyo, qurilish materiallari sanoat korxonalari ishlab turibdi. Kumir sanoati ilmiy tadqiqot institutlari, Sibir metallurgiya institutining kechki fakulteti, drama teatri, oʻlkashunoslik muzeyi bor. Shaharga 1918-yilda asos solingan.[1]
