Perinevri

Perinevri (perineurium) — periferik nervlarning nerv tolalari toʻplami atrofida membranani hosil qiluvchi va biriktiruvchi toʻqimalarning (perinevral hujayralar) konsentrik qatlamlari. Perinevrium toʻplam ichidagi nerv tolalarini qoʻllab-quvvatlaydi va himoya qiladi va periferik nervlarning mustahkamligi va elastikligini taʼminlaydi. Toʻplamning  kattaligi va tanadagi joylashishiga qarab, perinevral hujayra qatlamlari soni 3 dan 15gacha oʻzgaradi[1]. Har bir perinevral hujayra proteoglikanlardan (laminin, fibronektin va geparin sulfatidan) tashkil topgan membrana bilan oʻralgan[2].

Perinevri birinchi marta XIX asrning oʻrtalarida nemis fiziologi va patolog Fridrix Gustav Genle tomonidan tasvirlangan[1].

Perinevrium atrofdagi tolalardan osongina ajratilishi mumkin boʻlgan silliq shaffof quvurli membranadir. Aksincha, epinevri kuchli va mexanik ravishda chidamli mato boʻlib, unda igna bilan kirib borish oson emas.
