Panteon
"Panteon" (yunoncha pantheion — ibodatxona) — 1) Qadimgi Rimdagi "barcha xudolar ibodatxonasi" (II asr). Panteon yarim doira shaklidagi qirrador gumbazli (diametri 43 m dan oshiq) inshoot. Markazida instituteryerni yoritib turuvchi tuynuk bor (diametri 9 m ga yaqin). Ichki gumbazi hovuzaklarga (kataksimon shaklda) boʻlingan. Kirish tomoni peshtoqli, 16 ta korinf ustunlari (8 tasi peshtoq oldida, qolgani ichkariroqda) bezab turadi. Oʻrta ayerlarda Panteon cherkovga aylangan. Hozir milliy muzey, unda buyuk italyan sanʼati vakillari (Rafael, B.Perutssi va boshqalar) dafn etilgan; 2) mashhur shaxslar maqbarasi (Rim va Parijdagi Panteonlar, Londondagi Vestminster abbatligi).[1]
