Painda — Pokistonning Panjob viloyati hududi joylashgan Attok tumanidagi qishloq bo'lib[1], Islomoboddan 64 km (40 milya) shimoli-gʻarbda joylashgan qishloqdir[2]. Painda - Osiyo/Tinch okeani mintaqasi shrift kodiga asoslangan aholi punktidir[3]. Dengiz sathidan 285 m balandlikda joylashgan[3]. Qishloq uzoq, ammo noaniq tarixga ega, ammo odamlar Paindaga G'aznalik Mahmud bilan Hindiston yarimorolini bosib olganida kelgani tasdiqlangan[4].
