Noradrenalin
Noradrenalin, norepinef rin, arterenol, aminoetanol-pirokatexin — buyrak usti bezi miya moddasi gormoni; nerv sistemasi mediatori (yana qarang Mediatorlar). Kimyoviy tuzilishiga koʻra, katexola-minlarga mansub. N. adrenalin analogi va organizmda uning oʻtmishdoshi hisoblanadi. U, asosan, simpatik nerv sistemasining (qarang Vegetativ nerv sistemasi) adrenergik neyronlaridan ajraladi va mediator vazifasini oʻtaydi. N.ning qondagi miqdori nerv sistemasi holatining (tonusi va reaktivligi) koʻrsatkichi boʻlishi mumkin. N. tibbiyot amaliyotida qon bosimi pasayganda, shok, qon yoʻqotish bilan bogʻliq holatlarda qoʻllanadi. N. sintez yoʻli bilan olinadi. [1]
