Nikellash

Nikellash — metall buyumlar sir-tiga nikel qoplash. Odatda, nikel 1 — 2 mkm dan 40—50 mkm gacha qalinlikda qoplanadi. Elektrolit, kimyoviy va kontakt usullari bor. Eng koʻp tarqalgani elektrolit usuli (qarang Galvanotexnika). Bunda uchta asosiy kompo-nentdan iborat elektrolitlar: buyum sirtida elektrsizlanuvchi ionlar man-bai hosil qilish uchun sulfat kislo-tali nikel (70—280 g/l); katod katla-mida kislota katlamini rostlash uchun borat kislota (30 g/l); anodlarning normal erishini osonlashtiruvchi osh tuzi (5—15 g/l) dan foydalaniladi. Kimyoviy usulda natriy gipofosfatdan foydalaniladi. Elektrolit usulida N. qiyin boʻlgan sirtlar shu usulda nikellanadi. Kontakt usulida 40 g/l borat kislota qoʻshilgan nikel xloriddan foydalaniladi. Vaqt oʻtishi bilan nikellangan buyumlar sirti xiralashib krladi. Shuning uchun, koʻpincha, nikel katlami ustiga xrom qatlami ham qoplanadi (qarang Xromlash). N.dan tibbiyot asboblari, avtomobil, velosiped va boshqa mashina qismlarini bezash yoki korro-ziyadan saqlashda foydalaniladi.[1]
