Muhammad Afzalxon (1815 – 1867-yil 7-oktyabr; forscha: محمد افضل خان) – 1849—1863-yillarda afgʻon Turkistonining hokimi[1] va 1866-yil may – 1867-yil oktyabrigacha Afgʻoniston amiri[2]. Doʻstmuhammadxonning toʻngʻich oʻgʻli Afzalxon 1815-yilda Kobulda tugʻilgan[3]. Otasi 1863-yil 9-iyunda vafot etdi[4][3]. Doʻstmuhammadxon oʻgʻillari oʻrtasida fuqarolar urushi boshlandi. 1866-yil may oyida u akasi Sheralixondan hokimiyatni tortib oldi va Kobulni egalladi[4]. Bir yil oʻtgach, u vabo bilan kasallanib, 1867-yil 7-oktyabrda vafot etdi[5]. Afzalxon vafotidan keyin Muhammad Aʼzamxon Afgʻoniston amiri deb eʼlon qilindi. U etnik pushtun va Barakzoi urugʻiga mansub boʻlgan.

Muhammad Afzalxonning uchinchi oʻgʻli Abdurahmon 1880—1901-yillarda amir boʻlgan[6]. Taxtapulning yaratilishiga ham Afzalxon mas’ul boʻlgan[2].
