Molibdenlash

Molibdenlash — metall buyumlar sirtiga molibden yugurtirish. M. usuli poʻlat, titan, niobiy va boshqa metall buyumlar uchun qoʻllanadi. Ushbu usullari bor: 1) molibden yoki ferromolibden kukuni bilan vodorod oqimida (200—1000°da) M; 2) gaz mu-hitida M.: a) molibden yoki ferromolibden ishtirokida vodorod va xlorat kislota oqimida (gaz aralashmasi 300— 400° da hosil boʻladi, 800—1000° S da buyumda molibden ajraladi); b) molibden pentaxlorid (MoS15) orqali oʻtadigan vodorod oqimida (300° da); v) molibden geksakarbonal [Mo(Co)J buglari bilan vodorod yoki argon aralashmasida (250 - 850°da) M.; 3) suyuq muhitda M.: a) natriy molibdat (Na2 MoO4) eritmasi solingan vannada elektroliz bilan M.; b) shu vanna orqali vodorod yoki dissotsilangan ammiak oʻtkazish yoʻli bilan Na2MoO4 dan molibdenni kaytarish. M. natijasida buyum qattiklashadi, sirti mustahkamlanadi, azot kislotasiga chidamliligi oshadi.[1]
