Havsa (yunoncha: Νίκη) Turkiyaning Edirne viloyatidagi shaharchadir. ShaharchaHavsa tumanining markazi hisoblanadi[2]. Aholisi 8702 nafar (2022-yil)[1]. Shahar hokimi – Aydin Balkan (AKP).
Tarixi
Havsa yunon kolonistlari tomonidan Nike nomi bilan tashkil etilgan. Imperiya ikkiga boʻlinganida, shahar Vizantiya imperiyasi qoʻliga oʻtdi. 1362-yilda Murat I boshchiligida er turklar tomonidan bosib olindi va hudud Xosa deb nomlandi. Edirne Usmonli imperiyasining markazi boʻlgandan soʻng, Xosaʼdaki Rum aholisi shaharni tashlab, Istanbul va Salonikiga koʻchib oʻtdi. Konstantinopol qoʻlga kiritilgach, Anadoludan turklar koʻchib kelib, shaharni turklashtirdilar.

Shahar Edirnedan 21 kilometr, Istanbuldan 218 kilometr uzoqlikda joylashgan.
Nomlanishi
Shahar 1331-yilda turklar tomonidan Xosa deb atalgan. Hafsa Xotun shaharga koʻchib kelganidan keyin u Hafsa deb atalgan. Keyinchalik bu ikki ism birlashtirilib, hozirgi Havsa nomi paydo boʻldi.
