Diffuzion kamera

Diffuzion kamera - zaryadli zarralar (proton, elektron, a-zarra va hokazo) ning harakat trayektoriyasini kuzatishga imkon beradigan asbob. Amerikalik fizik L. Langsdorf yasagan (1936). Usti va yonlari shisha, tubi metalloplastinkadan iborat silindr shaklidagi germetik idish (rayem). D. k. Vilson kamerasit oʻxshaydi, lekin har doim ionlovchi zarralarga sezgir boʻlib, uzluksiz ishlab turadi. Kameraga tushgan zaryadli zarra gaz atomlari bilan toʻqnashib, elektronlarni ajratadi, yaʼni gaz ionlashadi. Kameradagi suyuqlik (spirt) bugʻi kondensatlanadi (ka-meraning tagi sovitiladi va qopqogʻi isitiladi, natijada temperatura pasayishi tufayli kamerada oʻta toʻyingan bugʻ hosil boʻladi) va zarra kameradan oʻtganda suyuklik tomchilaridan iborat iz qoladi. D. k. yonidan yoritiladi va zarra izi suratga olinadi. D. k. yuqori energiyali zarralarning kameradagi gaz yadrolari bilan oʻzaro toʻqnashuvini oʻrganishda, zarralar impulsniy aniqlashda, katta bosimli gazlarni tekshirishda ishlatiladi.
