Chernoochene (bulg‘orcha: Черноочене) — Bolgariyaning markaziy janubidagi qishloq, Kardjali viloyati tarkibiga kiradi. Bu Chernoochen shahrining ma'muriy markazi bo'lib, u Kardjali viloyatining eng shimoliy qismini tashkil etadi. Qishloq Sharqiy Rodop tog'larida joylashgan bo'lib, asosan turklar yashaydi. Qishloq nomi taxminan bolgar tilida "qora ko'zlilar joyi" va turkchada ( Karag'ozlar ) degan ma'noni anglatadi.
