Butirometr
Butirometr (yunoncha butyron — yogʻ, moy va...metr) — sutdagi yogʻ miqdorini aniqlaydigan asbob. Shkalali silindrsimon shisha idishdan iborat. Asosan, laboratoriya sharoitida ishlatiladi. Sutdagi yogʻ miqdorini aniqlash uchun butirometrga pipetkada 10 sm3 sulfat kislota, 11 sm3 sut va 1 sm3 izoamil spirt quyiladi. Idishning ogʻzi rezina tiqin bilan bekitilib chayqatiladi, bunda sutdagi boshqa moddalar erib, faqat yogʻ qoladi, yogʻ miqdori butirometr shkalasi koʻrsatgan darajaga qarab foizda aniqlanadi.
