Barfi, barfee, borfi yoki burfi [a] Hindiston yarimorolida tayyorlanuvchi sutli shirinlik. Bu nom hind tilida (asli forscha) barf soʻzidan kelib chiqqan boʻlib, qor degan maʼnoni anglatadi. Barfining keng tarqalgan turlariga besan barfi (gramm unidan tayyorlangan), kaju barfi (kajudan tayyorlangan), pista barfi (maydalangan pistadan bilan tayyorlangan) va sing barfi (yeryongʻoqli bilan qilingan) kiradi[1].

Barfi Hindiston yarimorolida yil davomida tayyorlanadi. Ayniqsa, Divali va Hayit kabi bayramlarda va toʻylarda isteʼmol qilinadi[2].
