Atala
Atala — bugʻdoy, arpa yoki joʻxori unidan tayyorlanadigan taom. Atala parhez, shifobaxsh hisoblanadi. Kasal, holdan toygan, yangi koʻzi yorigan ayollarga Atala ichiriladi. Uni tayyorlash uchun qoʻy yogʻini qozonda qizdirib, bugʻdoy uni solinadi va qizarguncha qovuriladi. Oz-ozdan suv solinib uzluksiz aralashtirib turiladi. Ayrim joylarda Atalaga qiyma, tuxum ham solinadi. Atala tayyorlashda 500 g un, 100 g qoʻy yogʻi, taʼbga koʻra tuz solinadi.
