Archail Digne shahridan 8 km shimoli-sharqda va Le Brusquetdan 5 km janubda joylashgan. Digne shahridan yo'l bilan 14 km uzoqlikda burama tog'li yo'l bor. Qishloq 920 m balandlikdagi oʻrmonli havzada joylashgan. Kommunaga kirish D-22 yo'li bo'lib, u Markudan Draixgacha sharqda va kommunaning shimoliy uchidan o'tadi. Mahalliy yo'l kommunaning shimoliy uchidagi D22 yo'lidan o'tadi va janubga kommuna orqali qishloqqa davom etadi. Kommuna tog'li va qattiq o'rmonli, ammo qishloqning janubi-g'arbiy qismida kichik qishloq xo'jaligi erlari mavjud.
