Alectrion, Alection[1] (qadimgi yunoncha: Ἀλεκτρυών qadimgi yunoncha: Ἀλεκτρυών „xoʻroz“) — yunon mifologiyasida yosh yigit, Aresning xizmatkori, Afrodita bilan xoʻjayinining uchrashuvlarida qoʻriqlab turfdi; u tong otishidan oldin ilohiy oshiqlarni uygʻotishi kerak edi. Ammo bir kuni Alektrion uxlab qoladi va Helios sevishganlarni quchoqlashyotagining guvohi boʻladi va keyin koʻrganlarini hammaga, shu jumladan Afroditaning eri Gefestga ham namoyish etadi. Jazo sifatida Alectrion Ares tomonidan xoʻrozga aylantiriladi[2].
