Al-Balushiy (arabcha: البلوشي‎‎; muqobil shakllari: Baloushi, Balooshi, Bloushi, Blooshi yoki Beloshi)[2] — Koʻrfaz arab davlatlari mamlakatlarida (asosan Ummon, Birlashgan Arab Amirliklari, Quvayt, Bahrayn, Qatar, Sharqiy Saudiya Arabistoni va Janubiy Iroq) keng tarqalgan qabila familiyasi. Bu familiya Balochi yoki Baluchi[a] atamasining arabchalashtirilgan shakli bo‘lib, odatda Balujistondan kelib chiqqan baluj ajdodlariga ishora qiladi[3].

Ushbu familiyani olib yuruvchi ko‘plab odamlar oʻz ajdodlarining kelib chiqishini Balujiston — hozirgi zamon janubi-gʻarbiy Pokiston, janubiy Afgʻoniston va janubi-sharqiy Eron hududidagi mintaqaga bogʻlaydi[4]. Ajdodlari asosan 18-asrda Makron sohilidan kelgan. Aholining aksariyati arab tilida soʻzlashadi, ayrimlari esa oʻz ona tili boʻlmish baluj tilini saqlab qolgan[3]. Ular asosan sunniy musulmonlardir.
