2013-yil (MMXIII) seshanba kunida boshlangan oddiy (kabisa emas) yildir. 3-ming yillik va XXI asrning 13-yili, 2010-larning esa 4-yilidir. Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti 2012-yilni Xalqaro suv hamkorligi yili, Xalqaro kinoa yili va Xalqaro rivojlanayotgan kichik orol-davlatlar yili deb atagan.[1] Oʻzbekistonda 2013-yil Obod turmush yili deb nomlandi.[2]
