Кай Ларсен (дан. Kai Larsen[2][3], 15 листопада 1926 - 23 серпня 2012)[4] — данський ботанік, професор ботаніки.

Біографія

Кай Ларсен народився у місті Гіллеред 15 листопада 1926 року.

Ларсен був професором ботаніки (почесним с 1 грудня 1996 року) у Århus University, Данія. Він був данським редактором Flora Nordica, редактором Flora of Thailand, консультантом Flora of China та виконавчим учасником Flora Malesiana.

Кай Ларсен також був членом Норвезької академії наук і літератури[3] та Королівської данської академії наук і літератури.
