Золотий стандарт

Прецизіа́нство (від англ. precise — точний, прецизійний) — філософія, яку сповідують учасники Вікіпедії, що (як і інлетіоністи) намагаються дотримуватися «золотої середини» між положеннями філософії видалянства й інклюзіанства, інклюзіанства й ексклюзіанства. Прецизіанці вважають, що наявні ярлики «видалянець» чи «інклюзіанець» перешкоджають розробці чітких (прецизійних) політик щодо того, що має бути у Вікіпедії, і часто віддають перевагу прецеденту для встановлення надійних критеріїв оцінки статей. Від інлетіоністів їх можна відрізнити тим, що вони більш спокійно відреагують, якщо назвати їх «видалянцями», зважаючи на те, що вони віддають перевагу ясним і чітким стандартам для оцінки значущості статей, шаблонів чи інших сторінок Вікіпедії.

Прецизіанці вважають, що акцент повинен бути не на загальному рішенні включати всі статті чи видаляти всі статті, оскільки жодна із філософій не оцінює зміст конкретної статті, а саме він і має значення. Вони вірять, що стаття повинна повністю відповідати критеріям щодо нейтральності, верифікованості, надійності джерел та значущості, а те чи ці статті мають бути в енциклопедії, потребують переробки чи їх треба видалити можна вирішити тільки у кожному конкретному випадку. Щобільше, коли такі рішення приймаються, вони повинні бути максимально чітко роз'яснено, щоб уникнути схожих суперечок у майбутньому.
