NGC 362, Tukan takımyıldızı yönünde ve Küçük Macellan Bulutu içinde yaklaşık olarak 28,000 ışık yılı uzaklıkta bulunan bir küresel yıldız kümesidir. 1 Ağustos 1826 tarihinde James Dunlop tarafından keşfedilmiştir.

Küçük teleskoplarla nispeten kolay gözlemlenecek derecede parlak olsa da genellikle yakınında bulunan ve daha parlak olan NGC 104 dolayısıyla gözden kaçmaktadır.
