44 Nysa

44 Nysa, 27 Mayıs 1857 tarihinde Alman astronom H. Goldschmidt tarafından bulunan büyük ana kuşak göktaşlarından (asteroit) biridir.[1] 44 Nisa, ayrıca 135 Herta ve 750 Oskar'ın da içinde bulunduğu Nisa grubu asteroitlerin en büyüğü olarak bilinir. Adını eski Yunan mitolojisindeki kurgusal Nysa ülkesinden alır.
