Ang iniisip, naiisip, o diwa, mula sa mga salitang isip at isipan, ay ang mga hubog, hugis, at anyong nalilikha sa isipan, sa halip na mga pormang napagmumulatan, napapansin, o napagmamasdan sa pamamagitan ng limang mga sentido o pandama. Ang naiisip o pag-iisip ay mga proseso kung saan ang mga imahinaryo o nasa isip lamang ng mga persepsiyon ay bumabangon o lumilitaw at namamanipula o napapagalaw o "nahahawakan". Nakapagpapahintulot ang pag-iisip sa mga nilalang upang imodelo o ihuwaran o lilukin ang mundo at katawanin ito ayon sa kanilang mga layunin, mga plano, mga balak, at mga nais o kagustuhan. Katulad na mga konsepto at mga proseso ang kognisyon o paglilimi (pag-unawa), kamalayan, kamukatan, kamuwangan, damdamin, mga ideya, at imahinasyon.[1] Kaugnay ito ng mga salitang pag-iisip, akala, ala-ala, hinagap, hinuha, salamisim, gunam-gunam, taki-taki, gunita, konsepto, agam-agam,nosyon, at paniniwala.[2][3]

Ang pag-iisip ay ang operasyon o pagsasagawa sa utak na nagpapahintulot sa "may-ari" ng isipan o ng utak na matugunan ang mga suliraning hindi masasagot ng instinto o likas na udyok. Habang nabubuhay ang ibang mga hayop sa pamamagitan ng likas na udyok o kilos, gumagamit ang mga tao ng isipan pati na instinto upang mapagtagumpayan ang mga pagsubok ng buhay. Kung walang mga ideya, ang mundo, sa pangkalahatan, ay magbabago ng mabagal at hindi gaanong mabisa.
