Mabukol na karamdaman ng bato

Anyo ng mabukol na karamdaman sa mga bato.

Ang polisistikong karamdaman ng bato, bukul-bukol na sakit ng bato, o mabukol na karamdaman ng bato (PKD o PCKD sa pagdadaglat sa Ingles ng polycystic kidney disease). Kilala rin ito bilang polisistikong sindroma ng bato (mula sa polycystic kidney syndrome) ay isang henetikong sakit o kapansanang sistiko o mabukol ng mga bato.[1] Nagaganap ito sa mga tao at iba pang mga hayop. Katangian ng sakit na ito ang pagkakaroon ng maraming mga bukol sa magkabilang mga bato, kaya't tinatawag na "polycystic" o polisistiko ("maraming bukol"). Napakarami ng mga bukol at naglalaman ng pluwidong sanhi ng malakihang pamamaga ng mga bato. Lumilikha ang karamdamang ito ng buwig o kumpol ng mahahapding mga bukol sa bato. Pagkaraan lumalaki o namamaga ang mga bato na kasinlaki ng bolang pangputbol, na hahantong paglaon sa hindi na paggana ng mga bato.[2] Nakapipinsala rin ang karamdamang ito sa atay, pankreas, at  – bagaman bihira  – maging sa puso at utak. Napagkakaiba ang dalawang pangunahing anyo o uri ng polisistikong karamdaman sa bato sa pamamagitan ng kanilang mga padron o gawi sa pagkakamana.
